Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a private lesson please contact me a minimum of 48 hours in advance. All lessons will be charged in full otherwise. Clinics will not be refunded or rescheduled within 2 days of the event, however horse/rider substitutions can be accommodated. XC Camps For those who choose the option to pay a deposit, remaining funds are payable in full one calendar month prior to date of camp. Deposits are non-refundable. For those who choose to pay in full, refunds can be issued (minus charges at cost) up until one calendar month from start of camp. No refunds will be issued within one calendar month from first day of camp.
