COACHING
As a coach, Victoria’s impressive portfolio of riders include HOYS, Balmoral and Dublin winners and boast many championships at local and county level. She is patient, yet driven in her pursuit of the competitive edge for each rider. Above all, she loves horses and this shows.
Gridwork Coaching
Gymnastic gridwork, tailored to suit each individual horse and improve on existing performance and way of going. Rider will work on position, balance and control, while horse will be taught to maintain rhythm and obedience throughout the exercises. Excellent to boost confidence and encourage elasticity and conscience!
Polework Coaching
Exercises tailored to the individual horse or pony, used to enhance accuracy and elasticity in training. Riders are required to remain focussed and balanced throughout progressive pole exercises laid out in the arena, across walk, trot and canter. Particularly helpful for strengthening horses and building confidence in riders, whilst encouraging balance and harmony over poles, without the stress or strain of fences.
Flatwork, Inhand & Ringcraft Coaching
Sessions will focus on the flatwork phase, working towards perfecting the way of going, individual show and overall picture. Victoria can include advice on tack, turnout, products and correct attire if required. Inhand practice will be included towards the end of the session, covering etiquette and correct presentation.
