Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact by WhatsApp or email, a minimum of 72 hours in advance of event, or before entries close and the times for the event are released, whichever is first. Bookings can be rescheduled to an upcoming date ONCE ONLY, as long as this is done a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event, or before times for the event have been released.
